When you ask us to design your website we will ask you for content. This is the text and images that make up your website.

We will also ask you what kind of features you may like. For instance, we can develop image sliders for your header, beautiful galleries to showcase your photographs or pricing tables to name a few. There are a myrid of other functions that we can implement to make your site work for your organisation.

All features of the system we use are rich so you can change the colours and fonts to suit your corporate branding.

If you don’t have images, we can source and license images on your behalf for a small extra fee. These images are then licensed for life for use on your site. We can extend the license to accommodate printed material and social media.

Your site will also be fully mobile friendly on tablets and smart phones. We will test this as part of the development process.

Once live, your site is fully supported as part of the annual fee that you pay. We will even make updates for you so you don’t have to worry about any extra fees or charges.

You domain is your address on the internet. When we register a domain for you, this will be legally registered to you and kept in our catalogue. This ensures correct management of the domain and it is renewed annually so there is no loss of service.

You can pick a domain as long as it is available. We can check this for you. We can also ‘adopt’ your domain so it can be transferred into our catalogue for safe keeping or you can point the domin to our servers yourself via your provider’s control panel. We can help with this so you are not in the dark.

Email is equally important as it is the standard method of communication these days. You can choose email at your domain for a small charge per mailbox. For example you could choose sales@mydomain.co.uk, or anything before the @ sign. You can then pick up your email on your phone or PC via apps such as Outlook or the Apple Mail app. We will help you set this up.

Support is an important part of what we do. Every website package that we sell, both new sites and your annual hosting, come with support. It just means that you don’t have to worry.

Support is provided on a fair use basis. So, if you want changes to the web site that are classed as non regular, we will do these free of charge. If you changes are regular, such as uploading newsletters every week, we will come to an arrangement with you to cover these regular changes. We rarely have to do this as the system is easy to update and maintain yourself.

Training is also included. We are building a ‘how to’  knowledgebase so that you will abele to help yourself. However, if you need anything more specialised or bespoke, we would be happy to train you up in how to do this on a personal basis. This takes place on line and is free of charge.
